Customer Service Representative

Description:
Our CSR's work in a fast paced environment and constantly work with the most important persons in our restaurant …our customers! Providing excellent customer service and consistently going above and beyond our customer's expectations is our goal.

Qualifications:
Must have the ability to multi-task while being attentive to our guests. Must have the ability to learn our extensive menu and food procedures operate our POS system with speed, answer phones as a product knowledge expert, and understand and apply cleanliness and food safe sanitation.

Cook

Description:
Preparing pizzas and other menu items.

Qualifications:
Previous food service experience is preferred but not required. Must have the ability to follow exact recipe and cooking procedures in a high volume environment. Our cooks must take pride in serving a quality product, never allowing food that is not prepared exactly right to reach our customers.

Delivery Staff

Description:
Our Delivery Drivers work in a fast pace and fun environment. As a Delivery Driver you are responsible for delivering pizzas, handling phone orders, and other activities.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a Driver License, auto insurance, and vehicle. The ability to work with others, a desire to learn, and ability to provide great customer service with a smile.

Manager

Description:
Our Managers set the pace in a high volume environment. Responsibilities include inventory control, food cost, scheduling, training, and most importantly food quality and customer service.

Qualifications:
College degree preferred. Serve safe certification a plus. Previous food service management or related field is necessary. Must have the ability to embrace our mission as a company and execute all facets at a high level. Must have the ability and desire to become a product knowledge expert and have excellent coaching skills.
